We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and customized cleaning plans based on client needs.

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • Services must be scheduled in advance via phone, text, email.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies).

  • You may reschedule or cancel but we kindly ask for at least 24hrs notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Please note that pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If, upon arrival, the condition of the property requires significantly more time or effort than anticipated, the final price may be adjusted accordingly. We will always communicate any pricing changes before beginning service.

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit cards, digital payments, or cash (based on availability).

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or service interruptions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right, free of charge.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for unsatisfactory service.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, the client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a missed appointment fee may apply.

  • Secure pets (if applicable)

  • Inform us of any special cleaning needs, allergies, or hazardous materials

  • Ensure safe access to water, electricity, and entry points.

7. Damage or Loss

We take great care in handling your property. If damage or loss occurs due to negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of service.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Lvl Up Cleaning and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. Safety & Liability 

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property and our team. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or items not disclosed as fragile. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
